I celebrate trees because something that can live for thousands of years is pretty awesome, oh and they happen to be vital to our global ecosystem

trees speak the voice of G-d through the rustling of leaves in the wind, clean our air & provide low cost housing for birds and other small animals

I celebrate trees for their beautiful green leaves. During winter, I truly mourn the vibrant, life-affirming absence of their lush foliage and count down the days until their buds return.

I am totally crazy about fruit trees. While all trees have a fruit, of course most are not edible. Edible fruit trees are just amazing. Picking from your own/or local nearby trees is one of my favorite life experiences.
